How long does a custom order take?

Processing times can vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece. You’ll receive an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Because each piece is handmade, texture, depth, and finish may vary slightly. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
The metal is durable, but embossed designs can bend or get damaged if you handle it roughly. Please handle your piece with care and avoid putting pressure directly on the embossed surface.
